Together Gert Town is a resident-centered initiative dedicated to building a cleaner, healthier, and more connected neighborhood. Grounded in the values of community organizing and family leadership, we combine leadership development, environmental justice education, civic advocacy, neighborhood cleanups, and family-friendly community events to create meaningful pathways for engagement.

Our work responds to the long history of environmental harm and disinvestment in Gert Town by equipping residents with the tools and collective power to advocate for change. Just as importantly, we believe in celebrating neighborhood wins and creating joyful spaces where families can gather, connect, and take pride in the future they are building together.
